Shipping Policy

Delivery time

We’re currently collecting pre-orders. Estimated delivery time: Q1 2022. You will receive email notification from us as soon as we start shipping.

 

Products will be delivered to the delivery address that you provided when placing your order. The order won’t be shipped until your payment has been received. 

 

Delivery Countries and Cost

We offer international shipping to all EU countries, UK, Switzerland, and Norway. We have chosen to work with DHL and UPS to deliver your order as this guarantees that your delivery will be fast, secure, and trackable.

 

Shipping is FREE for almost all European Union countries. Right now we ship within Europe, for non-EU countries specific costs check the Chekcout site. Costs are automatically calculated and displayed before payment.

For countries outside Europe please reach us directly to check the possibility of shipping. 

 

Our product will be shipped from EU so no additional duties will apply within EU. Having said that please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) if you live outside EU, these duties are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We’re not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. If you're wondering how this may affect the overall cost of your order, please check your Local Legislation rules.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery without giving reasons. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount. You must cover the cost for the return shipment yourself. If you want to return your product, please get in touch, tell us what's wrong and we'll help you out. 

 

Always check the package before confirming delivery to the courier. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please get the protocol of its state from the courier. Then email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

 

Once we receive your return, we will immediately start processing it. You will receive a refund notification via email and the refund will be issued via your original method of payment to the original account. We cannot issue refunds via other payment methods or to other accounts.
