  • Can I cancel my pre-order?
    Yes, all of the pre-orders can be canceled. We'll refund the full amount within 14 days after cancellation (additional delays may occur due to bank systems processing). Please remember also that we accept returns up to 14 days after delivery without giving any reasons. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount.
  • Can I amend my pre-order?
    Yes, pre-order can be changed up to the day of shipping. This includes both changes in the delivery address and product itself (e.g., insole size).
  • When will I receive my product?
    We’re currently collecting pre-orders. Estimated delivery time: Q1 2022. You will receive email notification from us as soon as we start shipping. Placing pre-order right now ensures that you’ll get our stirrups in the very first shipment round.
  • As an EU customer, do I have to pay any import fees or additional costs?"
    No, the price displayed during checkout is the final price you’ll pay.
  • Are your payments safe?
    Yes, of course! When proceeding payments we work together with Braintree (a PayPal service) which is a very well established company. We’re not collecting or keeping any information about your cards.
  • Are Staffa Ride Pro stirrups well tested?
    Definitely! Before offering the Staffa Ride Pro stirrups, we have spent 2 years testing different prototypes to get the final, ultimate shape. Our stirrups were tested and evaluated by riders of different professional level, different skills and different age. Because of that, we are sure that we offer you a product that meets the highest standards. If you have any questions regarding our stirrups feel free to ask us via mail or social media platforms DMs!
  • Is Staffa well established?
    Yes! We are young, but customer-oriented company with an international reach, offering our products to clients in over 30 countries in Europe. In case of any doubts we would love to hear from you directly!
